At the age of five, together with my parents and older sister, I left the Sverdlovsk Oblast, where several generations of my ancestors had lived. Twenty years later, I returned to the Urals, to the city of Yekaterinburg, married a girl with whom I used to play in the same yard in my childhood, and soon our daughter started playing in this very same yard. For me, this is a chance to rethink my native land and connect childhood memories with the current reality.
